Our goal
We want you to be happy with what you purchase from us. If something doesn’t work as expected, we’ll do our best to fix it.
Digital products
All products are digital downloads, which means they cannot be returned after purchase. Because of this, refunds are generally not offered once a product has been downloaded.
When refunds may be possible
We may issue a refund if:
The file is corrupted or unusable
The product does not match the description
You purchased the same product twice by mistake
Before requesting a refund, please contact us so we can try to solve the issue first.

Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of purchase.
